Silent Immersive Gatherings

Listen’in is a Womxn-Only Experience Blending Breathwork and Sound

Listen’in is a 90-minute womxn-only silent, immersive experience designed as an intentional analog third space for reconnection through breath, sound and stillness. The session begins with grounding breathwork before moving into a curated soundscape combining nature sounds, ambient music, affirmations, gentle beats and cinematic tones to guide an inward exploration. The event does not follow a fixed format; attendees can choose how they engage with the experience.

Participants are invited to move, journal, create, rest or simply listen, with optional activities including puzzles, watercolour and vision boarding providing additional outlets for creative expression. The experience closes with a return to the breath, gently grounding attendees back into themselves and the collective. Built around presence and community, Listen’in creates space to step away from digital distractions and spend 90 minutes in a shared environment centred on stillness, listening and personal reflection.
