These new Hodo Lightly Fried Tofu products are making their way to the US market as a series of flavor-driven options perfect for elevating a variety of recipes or acting as the main course. The tofu products come in blocks that are scored before being lightly fried and marinated in various sauces and seasonings to give them a burst of taste and texture in each bite. The tofus come in the Chili Crisp, Golden Turmeric and Gochujang flavor options, which are each great for elevating Asian cuisine recipes or incorporating into Western meals.
