It's a common occurrence to turn on a light, leave the room and subsequently leave said light on, so the 'Mooner' lighting switch is designed to help curb this. Inspired by the lunar surface, the 'Mooner' switch works by allow users to turn the ring timer to set how long they want to allow the light to be on for. Once the timer is up, the switch will cut the power and subsequently ensure users don't spend money lighting a space they aren't using.
The 'Mooner' lighting switch features an interactive screen on the front portion that provides visual indications that are inspired by the spots on the surface of the moon. They detail the light's current status as well as how much time is left on the timer.
The 'Mooner' switch is the design work of Rümeysa Memiş.
