Plenty of phones have HD video capabilities, but thanks to a new app called Libon, your phone can have HD audio capabilities as well.
With all the technological advances in smartphones of the last few years, it’s amazing that high definition call quality is not a standard feature. Maybe it’s been overlooked or maybe phone company focus groups just don’t show enough interest in such a feature. However, for those who do care about crystal clear calls, Libon is the answer.
Libon is a communications app available on iPhones that uses 3G or WiFi connections to make calls in high definition to other Libon users. The only drawback is that the phone receiving the call must be a Libon user as well. While this encourages users to get their friends on board with Libon, it means you can’t call land lines in HD.
