These new Lazy Dodo rums have been announced by the Grays-owned brand as a series of fruit-forward spirits perfect for elevating cocktails with a burst of flavor. The rums come in three flavors including Passionfruit & Mango, Vanilla & Victoria Pineapple and Grapefruit & Litchi with Pepper, which are each inspired by the signature flavors of Mauritius. The spirits each have a 35% ABV, come in 700ml bottles and are available now in Mauritius ahead of a launch into select European markets starting in September.
Rum Brand Manager at Grays Florence de Coriolis spoke on the new Lazy Dodo rums saying, "Lazy Dodo is a rum full of tropical adventures, so we opted to diversify its recipes by drawing inspiration from the fruity flavours of our island. Lazy Dodo is a very creative and sunny brand. We therefore chose to highlight tastes linked to the Mauritian terroir and from our region.”
