The Italian-inspired soup is made with all of the same ingredients that you'd find in a classic lasagna, including ground beef, chopped onion, tomatoes, tomato paste, plus some savory herbs and spices like basil, oregano, thyme, parsley and rosemary. Rather than spending hours at a time carefully arranging layers of vegetables, meat, cheese and noodles, this dish takes about 10 minutes to prepare and only 20 to cook.
