The Lady Gaga Workshop invitations are as lavish and wily as the singer turned Santa Gaga herself. Creative Director Evelio Mattos and the design teamed received direction from Barneys New York and quickly adapted a 3D mock-up complete with functioning pop-up details. They wanted to emulate Gaga in the most basic form: "an iconic Barneys’ facade literally exploding with an unexpected Gaga visual spectacular," according to Luxcrux.
The invitations exhibit the performer's latest project with Barneys. The pop-up aspect is fun and it's almost as if the invitation itself is a gift. Only a select few will receive the Lady Gaga Workshop invitations but all will be able to attend the show. Design Packaging, Inc. was challenged to design and create and deliver the invitations in just eight weeks and the result will certainly have lucky fans going gaga.
