Made out of drop-proof metal, the LaCie Rugged Safe is both safe and rugged. Complete with a recessed fingerprint scanner in the plated armor, it comes in either a 500GB or 1TB variety. Although if you are carrying something that is so important it requires a fingerprint scanner, you should probably have body guards as well.
