Reinforced Aluminum Cabin Cases

Sterling Pacific 40L Cabin Travel Case Is Built to Last

Sterling Pacific introduced a 40-liter cabin travel case machined from reinforced 5000-series aluminum, featuring Italian full-grain leather handles and an engraved batch ID. The case uses 0.9mm aluminum sheets formed under hydraulic pressure and 1.5mm 5052 corner reinforcements, with over 100 SAE 304 rivets rated at 26,000 psi shear strength.

Dual thru-axle wheels sit in A380 aluminum housings, and a retractable trolley slides into a die-cast A380 aluminum housing rather than a plastic one. Interior details include ring-spun twill lining and TSA-approved double combination locks; each purchase ships with leather care wax and an aluminum pen.

Backed by a lifetime warranty and a Reno repair shop, the case prioritizes longevity and serviceability, reflecting a trend toward heirloom-grade travel gear that avoids disposable materials and emphasizes repairability.
