The Kwik-E-Mart Food Truck Will Be Unveiled at SXSW

The Kwik-E-Mart food truck was recently announced as part of SXSW, Austin's annual interactive arts, music and film festival. In addition to the event's countless performances and tech announcements, one of its most awaited features will be this mobile food venue.

Inspired by the iconic convenience store from The Simpsons, South by Southwest's Kwik-E-Mart will give the festival's attendees a taste of Springfield. In addition to serving up an array of snacks, the food truck will be giving away free Squishees to visitors and will also be the site of the Simpsons World app demonstration.

The platform was created in collaboration with the FXNow app and will give users access to an anthology of Simpsons episode from Season 1 to today. This food truck will also celebrate 25 years of the Kwik-E-Mart as a Springfield staple.
