Kendrick Lamar is Launching a 'Kung Fu Kenny' Nike Cortez

Rapper Kendrick Lamar worked with Nike in crafting the 'Kung Fu Kenny' sneakers, a re-imagined version of the iconic Nike Cortez silhouette. The rapper's second Cortez collaboration with the brand links to his first 'DAMN' sneakers released last month. This time, the collaborative show focuses on a red color palette and is accented with more details.

On the Kung Fu Kenny Cortez sneakers, the upper part of the shoe is crafted out of a white leather and red mesh mixture. It rests on top of a foam midsole that is black and white. The length of the laces has a black pull tab that reads "Don't Trip" on it all throughout the mid part of the tongue. On the forefoot of the shoe, there is an embellished Chinese translation of the word "DAMN" in white.
