The Kooples and PETA Teamed Up to Debut a Vegan Leather Bag

France-based brand The Kooples and PETA partnered in celebration of the brand's fur-free pledge, which was made back in 2016. The Global Chief Executive Officer Nicolas Dreyfus of The Kooples believes that there should be a push to produce high-quality faux fur products because consumers are ready to adhere towards the option of faux if it were more available.The Kooples and PETA collaborated on a vegan leather clutch bag, with all proceeds going towards PETA to fund campaigns supporting animal rights.

The vegan leather clutch is priced at $65 and is available online and within the brand's store locations across France, the U.K., and the U.S. Dreyfus states, "I don’t want to be proud of stopping to use fur, we are not the first one to do this and I hope we are not the last. I want the whole industry to follow the decision.”
