Kona’s Street Market is a cocktail bar based in San Francisco that takes inspiration from street markets from around the globe and it serves uniquely colored and textured drinks like the Red + Blue. This cocktail gets its character from ingredients like Appleton Estate Rum, Smith & Cross Rum and Amontillado Sherry, plus ube-coconut cream, pineapple and salted jackfruit whip.

This unconventional, purple-colored cocktail was inspired by a layered dessert known as halo-halo, which is widely considered the unofficial national dessert of the Philippines.
