Modern Minimal Lviv Apartments

KOSHULYNSKYY & MAYER Designs the KM Home in Ukraine

The KM Home is a modern apartment located in Lviv, Ukraine and it takes up just over 1,000 square feet. It is the private home of designer Karine Mayer and architect Danylo Koshulynskyy, the co-founders of the interior studio KOSHULYNSKYY & MAYER. The two strayed away from the conventional layout and pushed for a transformative approach when creating a home that would accommodate their lifestyle.

The original design plan featured a blended kitchen and living area with three cramped bedrooms. The couple unveiled two spacious bedrooms with dual dressing rooms. This is also joined by a functional laundry space and two bathrooms with a sophisticated design. The design optimizes the use of space and enhances daily living.
