Melbourne's Kit Kat Chocolatery is the first permanent brand activation of its kind in the world. Serving up an artisanal menu of chef-curated Kit Kats, this dessert establishment is inspired by the brand's pop-up series of the same name.
Resulting in a successful run in both the UK, and Australia, the Kit Kat Chocolatery brand activation started as a temporary project, but is now a permanent boutique. The dessert cafe is home to one-of-a-kind menu items, created by chef Anna Polyviou. Polyvious is the executive chef at Sydney's Shangri-La Hotel and serves up instant favorites that are sure to satisfy any sweet tooth.
Some memorable menu items include 'Yo Maccha Me Crazy," a matcha Kit Kat bar with white chocolate accents and corn flakes, along with Candy Craze, a white chocolate bar that is accented with sprinkles and marshmallow chunks.
