The Kings County Distillery Chocolate Whiskey is Sweet and Savory

Creating different flavors of alcohol, especially when it comes to hard liquor, can be a tricky thing, but the Kings County Distillery Chocolate Whiskey is sure to win over more than a few people. Combining the flavor of cocoa with bourbon is a sure-fire hit. Considering that a smaller brewery was able to concoct it makes it taste even sweeter.
The Kings County Distillery Chocolate Whiskey was created using the leftover cocoa husks from Mast Brothers Chocolate, a craft chocolate company not too far from the Brooklyn Navy Yard-based distillery. Boasting a mix of bittersweet notes of dark chocolate and distinctive corn and cereal notes of moonshine, it 40% ABV, which makes the limited-edition drink quite stout.
