Liquor-Infused Chocolate Flavors

Castle & Key Partners with Bissinger’s Handcrafted Chocolatier

Castle & Key Distillery and Bissinger’s Handcrafted Chocolatier have partnered to create a luxurious line of liquor-infused chocolates.

The first innovation in this range is the Gin & Tonic Truffle Bar. This collaboration combines Castle & Key’s Roots of Ruin Gin — a spirit known for its complex botanical profile — with Bissinger’s premium dark chocolate. The resulting liquor-infused chocolate figures as a sophisticated treat with less than 0.5% alcohol by volume. The bar offers a refined blend of flavors, including juniper, chamomile, and lemon verbena.

The Castle & Key Distillery x Bissinger’s Handcrafted Chocolatier Gin & Tonic Truffle Bar will be available at select retailers and online in spring 2025, with plans to expand the line to include bourbon and vodka-infused confections later in the year.
