Kingfisher Debuts 'Athena' and its Partnership with TCS OmniStore

Kingfisher unveiled its noteworthy advancements in artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning technologies during the Google Cloud Next event. At the forefront of this announcement is 'Athena,' an AI orchestration framework engineered to manage the interactions between Kingfisher and its AI language models. 'Athena' provides advanced controls to ensure security and mitigate exposure to sensitive or inappropriate content.

Kingfisher also announced its partnership with TCS OmniStore which will enhance aspects of its operations. These include facilitating Click and Collect services, scan-and-go options, mobile applications, shopping cart preservation, self-checkout provisions, dynamic promotional features, and clienteling.
