Quest Nutrition recently debuted a new lineup of Keto meals that are specially designed for consumers following the Keto diet. The Keto diet is a low-carb, high-fat diet that involves sending the body into a metabolic state called ketosis. These meals are intended to help consumers easily cut their carbohydrate intake by offering them prepared dishes that follow the specific restrictions of the keto diet.

The new Quest Keto meals consist of low-carb frozen meals that help to send the body into a state of ketosis, so that consumers are "running on fat for fuel." The meals are specially crafted to follow the 2:1 ratio of fats to protein plus carbohydrates, removing the need for consumers to carry out the complicated task of calculating the micronutrient ratios themselves. As Quest Nutrition put it: "going Keto has never been so convenient."
