Scotch-Infused Donuts

The Crosstown Cafe Created a Jura Whisky-Filled Bespoke Doughnut

In a collaboration between the Crosstown Cafe and Jura whisky, a limited edition boozy doughnut will now be offered on the menu. This bespoke dessert is a decadent fusion of shortbread, whisky and cream filling.

The Jura whisky is a Scotch single malt distillery that will appear on Crosstown's menu in the form of a sweet and smoky doughnut. The treat itself will be made of a traditional pastry base with a whisky cream filling and topped with a whisky glaze and crumbles of whisky-infused Scottish shortbread.

These divine treats will be offered as single portions or in boxes of six. They will be available for a limited time at Crosstown’s flagship location and at Crosstown market stalls at King’s Cross in the Broadway Market and Spitalfields through the month of December.
