Dual-Serve Cocktail Formats

Jon Travers-Smith Has Launched Inigo

Bartender Jon Travers-Smith launched Inigo, a bottled cocktail range designed to be enjoyed either as a standalone non-alcoholic serve or mixed with a spirit, featuring a built-in pairing concept called Stick + Twist. The debut lineup includes three recipes—Earl Grey Martini, Korean Paloma and Bitter Riot—each crafted with a distinct flavour profile and a recommended spirit pairing.

All three variants are made with 100% natural, vegan ingredients and contain no preservatives, artificial sweeteners or added colours. Sold in 500ml bottles, the blends combine ingredients such as bergamot and tea, grapefruit and gochujang, and bitter tropical spices with ginger.

For consumers, Inigo reimagines ready-to-serve cocktails by treating the alcohol-free option as a complete experience while allowing easy customization with a spirit, reflecting growing demand for versatile premium cocktail formats.
