Non-Alcoholic Inigo Cocktails is a new brand by British bartender Jon Travers-Smith, created to offer mindful drinkers more flexibility over different drinking occasions, since its range can be enjoyed with or without alcohol. Inigo describes this approach as "Stick + Twist," as its three debut cocktails are complete and ready to enjoy as they are (Stick) or with an added spirit of choice (Twist.)

Inigo's Earl Grey Martini, which combines bergamot, lemon, juniper, and tea, while Korean Paloma, offers an intriguing experience with notes of grapefruit, lime, gochujang, lapsang souchong smoke, and miso umami. Completing the trio, Bitter Riot offers a bitter-forward tropical taste with ginger and aromatic spices. Inigo recommends matching its Earl Grey Martini with gin, the Korean Paloma with Tequila, and the Bitter Riot with grain vodka.
