Johanne Dindler's Debut Collection Catalog Embodies Hip-Hop Opulence

Johanne Dindler is a graduate from the Royal College of Art with an MA menswear degree. Exploring colors, graphic prints and volumious shapes, the designer creates a range of eccentric menswear looks that are definitive of hip-hop's bold aesthetic.

The music genre's classic fur coats, printed athleticwear pieces and track suit separates are remixed in this unique lookbook that highlights vividly printed staples.

For her graduate collection, Johanne Dindler was inspired by a happy state of mind and used psychedelic imagery from the 60′s and 70′s and the patterns of traditional African costumes for reference when creating her prints and layered silhouettes. Moreover, the designer adorns her pieces with studded embellishments and leather panel accents that add visual interest to the collection's wearable garments.
