Jimmy Choo's shoe customization offers the British footwear label's clientele the opportunity to design their perfect Cinderella slipper -- or, more accurately, stiletto.
The service was first made available at the brand's re-opened Beverly Hills location. However, the made-to-order service will be traveling to other stores -- currently in Paris and London -- as part of a trunk show. This latest venture is an excellent way to foster client relationships, as it really listens to what consumers are looking for, as well as provides an exclusivity factor that's highly valued in the fashion world.
Dalia Strum, pressor at the Fashion Institute of Technology, explains, “Jimmy Choo’s strategy behind creating this made-to-measure addition is focusing on the ‘fairytale’ behind glamorous shoes, where women should be able to have custom, personal experiences with one of their most desired accessories."
