The Oxygen network is placing their bet that the uber-popularity of MTV's reality show Jersey Shore is fashion infectious. Oxygen is set to announce a new fashion based reality show named- you guessed it, 'Jersey Couture.'
Jersey Couture will follow the adventures of the Freehold, New Jersey based Scali's family business Dianne & Co.. Featuring over-the-top dresses, accessories and shoes, 'Jersey Couture' promises to be “the Cinderella experience of a lifetime.â€
Implications - My favorite of these looks has got to be the hot pink hot pants. Nothing says New Jersey and classy like a pair of form-fitting pants that make you look like you came straight out of 'I Dream of Jeannie.'
