These Jay Fleck Illustrations are Full of Childhood Fantasies
Gil Haddi — January 23, 2013 — Art & Design
The lighthearted humor found in this series of Jay Fleck Illustrations shows a vivid imagination that pokes fun at the seriousness of adult logic.
I could imagine a child daydreaming about half of the scenes that take place in these illustrations, like riding on the back of a giant crow, meeting the Loch Ness Monster or seeing a giraffe riding a shark on their way to adventure. The point of the pictures is to make viewers smile and remember the whimsical wonders of their youthful minds. I particularly love the giant octopus tending to his little garden on the back of a large tortoise.
Jay Fleck Illustrations are quirky and full of joy and wonder.
