These new Jacob’s biscuits flavors are being launched in the UK by brand owner pladis as a series of savory snacks perfect for enhancing any charcuterie board. The products include the new Jacob's Mediterranean biscuits in Tomato & Basil and Pinch of Salt varieties, and the Jacob's Cheddars Red Leicester. The Jacob's Mediterranean variants come in 190-gram packs, while the Jacob's Cheddars Red Leicester comes in 150-gram packs.

Marketing Director of Savoury at pladis UK&I Leighton Wall commented on the new Jacob’s biscuits saying, "…Starting out as a bread replacement when shelves were stripped bare in early 2020, now even more shoppers are reappraising the category as so much more than an accompaniment to cheese. Whether dunking into hummus or topping with avocado, shoppers are considering crackers, crispbreads and savoury biscuits throughout the day, at lunchtime and beyond.”
