The exterior of the building is made from fibreglass-reinforced polymer, and this makes the building entirely waterproof. There is an opening down the centre of the building, which reveals an open hallway that splits the home into two separate secions. Skylights illuminate the upper level, and bright lights are placed under the roof on either side to brighten up the patio and yard.
