The brand new BMW 740e iPerformance is a high-tech plug-in hybrid vehicle, all set to debut at the upcoming Geneva Motor Show, that stands out among the crowd for its uniquely lightweight bodywork and its high-performance powertrain.

This vehicle comes equipped with a next-generation four-cylinder gasoline engine that makes use of TwinPower turbocharging technology as well as a permanently activated synchronous electric motor. This allows for a combined total output of 326 horsepower in addition to a more than respectable 369 pound feet of torque. The vehicle is also fuel-efficient thanks to fuel economy figures of 112 miles per gallon, and is eco-friendly with emissions numbers of 53 grams per km of carbon dioxide.
