Intimate Concert Venues

Apple Music Hall Opens Beneath Battersea Power Station

Apple Music built 'Apple Music Hall' beneath its UK headquarters at Battersea Power Station in London, creating a purpose-built performance space for 600 guests. Rather than aiming for arena scale, the hall is intended for special shows where artists can perform for a much smaller crowd.

Inside, preserved brick, exposed steel, glowing arches, and bronze balconies connect the venue to the power station's industrial Art Deco character, so the room feels rooted in its setting rather than sealed off from it. A reconfigurable floor, a 48-speaker sound system, and 16 hardwired cameras let performers shape the crowd in the room while also capturing a polished stream or recording.

For consumers, this means intimate gigs no longer have to be limited to ticket holders who make it inside. Apple is merging club-scale attendance with broadcast-ready production, creating a live-music format that feels more intimate, more eventful, and easier to join from afar.
