The International Church of Cannabis Will Be Opening on April 20th

The International Church of Cannabis in Denver, Colorado will open on April 20th of this year to mark the unofficially designated "cannabis culture" day, which is particularly prominent in North America.

The members of the church describe themselves as "elevationists" and believe that
an "individual's spiritual journey, and search for meaning is one of self-discovery that can be accelerated and deepened with ritual cannabis use." The unconventional "church" will allow marijuana smokers to light up indoors. It was decorated by Kenny Scharf, and appropriately features brightly colored psychedelic patterns and imagery designed to enhance the space, and the experience of those who visit it.

The International Church of Cannabis provides a creative, tongue-in-cheek space for those who are seeking to celebrate the relatively recent legalization of marijuana in the state of Colorado.
