The Conceptual 'Solelp' Interactive Yoga Mat Gamifies Practice

The humble yoga mat has been given a tech-focused overhaul with the conceptual 'Solelp' interactive yoga mat that identifies ways in which it can be upgraded with some of the latest features and functions.

Designed by Minj Co., the yoga system consists of the smart mat itself along with a camera-equipped bar, interactive handles and an accompanying smartphone app. The bar makes use of LiDAR technology to scan the user as they practice to help them maintain better body posture and provide real-time feedback.

The conceptual 'Solelp' interactive yoga mat could help to dramatically reduce the occurrence of injuries sustained by yogis who practice from home and make it far more suitable for solo practitioners to optimize their form from their living space.
