This Tub Was Designed to Accommodate Growing Populations

These inflatable bathtubs were designed in response to rapid population growth and the resulting demand for smaller living spaces.

Designed by Zhou Peng, Dai Chang Fu and Liu Shu Fu, these tubs are both creative and functional. The inflatable tub is attached to a bathroom wall and can be pushed into place when it is not needed or when the owner would like to take a shower. When looking to take a bath, the owner simply presses a button that allows the unit to expand to the size of a normal bathtub.

These inflatable tubs ensure that the homeowner has all the amenities that a standard bathroom has and they are perfect for micro-homes in which optimizing space is essential.
