The 100% Arabica beans are of the Catuai varietal and are shade-grown. The beans also undergo a 25-day slow-drying process that helps to intensify the flavors of this creamy medium roast. The flavor is also perfect for the festive season with notes of milk chocolate, dried figs, and tangelos.
