PayrollHero has a number of features that are designed to improve employee morale, including a system that lets people clock in by singing their favorite karaoke song. Now, a new feature has been added to PayrollHero and it involves a positive way to end your day.
Before logging out at the end of a day, this new feature encourages employees to give someone else at the company a thumbs up, just as you'd like something on Facebook. Over time, it becomes easy to see who the most helpful employees are, as well as who may be a good candidate for employee of the month. This daily check-in is an excellent way to keep tabs on anyone who is doing outstanding work, as well as be able to give them kudos for it.
