The HYT H3 is the third iteration of hydro-mechanical watches from HYT, and is a watch that pushes the boundaries of timepiece engineering and design. When you think watches, the first thing that comes to mind is a circular time display. Few people question if the time can be displayed in a different shape. Except for HYT, whose watch uses a unique linear display of time rather than a circular one.

This watch has been unsurprisingly turning many heads at Baselworld 2015. It is expected to launch in September 2015, with only 25 pieces being produced. Of course, it'll cost a pretty penny -- $290,000 to be precise.

This watch's gorgeous and futuristic linear time display makes it look like something out of a sci-fi movie, while it retains all the usual features of a high-end watch.
