The Hulu mobile app was recently redesigned in order to optimize its discovery features. The new design is currently being released to iOS as well as Android devices. The Hulu iOS app now has a "Hulu Picks" section, which is entirely comprised of content picked by Hulu staff members. The section was added to replace a section that was derived from view history.
This new change to the app will allow users to quickly find content to stream and was made in response to previous feedback Hulu received from its user base.
Devices running iOS are the first to get the changes to the Hulu Mobile app. The company has also indicated that other devices will receive the update shortly.
