HubKey Gen2 Simplifies Connectivity by Combining Dongles and Displays

— December 7, 2025 — Lifestyle
HubKey Gen2 is an 11-in-1 docking hub designed to replace multiple adapters with a single compact unit. It supports dual 4K output at 60Hz through two HDMI ports and delivers up to 100W of power delivery for laptop charging. The hub includes USB A and USB C ports, SD and TF card readers, a 2.5 Gbps Ethernet port, and a 3.5 millimetre audio jack. Five programmable shortcut keys and one physical control knob are integrated into the top face for direct hardware control.

The housing is constructed as a weighted desktop unit intended for fixed workstation use rather than portable carry. All ports are arranged along the perimeter to keep cables organised on one side. The device is designed to handle simultaneous display output, data transfer, network access, and charging through a single USB-C connection.
