Simulator games has brought gamers into various occupations, ranging from farmer to truck driver, but the House Flipper game is the first to give gamers the experience of being a one-person renovation crew. Developed by Empyrean, this unique indie game tasks players with the "simple" job of fixing up a distressed property then trying to sell it. The experience may sound absurd, but the House Flipper game takes a very earnest perspective in its gameplay and is quite realistic.
The entire game is played in the first-person perspective and is generally split into two parts: demolition and construction. Throughout each part, realism will be a factor as players will need to keep clean workspaces and cannot damage the foundations of the house.
