YYForce is bringing autonomous service fleets to the Novotel Singapore on Stevens and Mercure Singapore on Stevens complex, using 11 robots to handle guest-room deliveries and other intra-hotel tasks. The deployment is designed to work across the property's multi-floor layout, with robots that can move between levels and support hotel logistics without manual cart runs.
The fleet integrates with elevator IoT and API systems, allowing the robots to call elevators on their own. It also connects with the hotel PBX and SIP communication protocols, so in-room guest notifications and operational updates can flow through the same system.
An 11-robot setup like this turns hospitality automation into a managed service layer instead of a one-off gadget purchase. The 24-month commercial agreement and Robotics-as-a-Service model also make the rollout easier to scale across other hotel properties that want to cut routine transit time and avoid upfront equipment costs.
