Creating a connection between the hive, the honey wand and the final product, the KARNOS honey jars are a fresh approach to packaging the sweet product. Designed by the Squeeze Creative Workshop in Greece, the KARNOS packaging focuses on the blank space on the jar in order to create an image using the product itself.
The label on the KARNOS packaging is split in two and uses this blank space to merge the images of a honey wand and a beehive together to create a playfully natural branding effect. The simplistic yet bold branding approach on the honey jars helps to draw the consumer's perceptions towards the natural beginnings of the product. In a market filled with prepackaged goods, we'll likely continue to observe brands reminding consumers of a products origins through natural imagery.
