The skillet pizza contains lots of yummy as well as healthy toppings, including "blistered" cherry tomatoes with garlic and cilantro, cumin chipotle black beans, fresh corn, jalapeno peppers, red onion, sharp jack cheese, sour cream and all the cilantro you can handle. The homemade pizza is, therefore, also vegetarian. You can use store-bought pizza dough or make your own at home.
If you have leftovers, it would taste amazing cold the next day for lunch too.
