These homemade marshmallows have bacon incorporated into them, because that's what we're allowing in kitchens now. You wouldn't know it by looking at the little cubes, but the gelatinous treats are surprisingly savory and contain lots of crispy bacon. Food coloring gives the layers in the marshmallows a little more personality, plus the tops are scorched.
