To make these homemade egg rolls yourself, you will need the meat from leftover ribs (Nick used Smithfield Dry Seasoned Ribs), apple cider vinegar, egg roll wrappers, mayonnaise, shredded carrot, red cabbage and white cabbage. You will also need access to a deep fryer in order to recreate this appetizer or shareable snack at home. The extremely experimental can be served with a side of barbecue sauce for dipping.
