The sustainable home decor brand 'The Urban Yogi' created a loyalty program with the help of digital loyalty platform provider 'UrbanBuz.'
The Urban Yogi decided to launch the loyalty program in order to connect with its customers, grow its business based on what consumers want and reward them for purchasing from the brand. With the knowledge that buying furniture is not something consumers do often, the brand decided to reward customers' social behavior by accumulating credit on platforms outside of in-store purchases. Customers will also receive discounts on up to 20% on their purchases.
The Urban Yogi has created a loyalty program that works for the benefit of both the consumer and the brand's ability to gain insight into its customers' browsing and purchasing habits.
