Fire-Based Lighting Collections

Wästberg Introduces its Second Holocene Collection

Swedish lighting imprint Wästberg introduces its second installment of the Holocene collection that first launched back in 2017. This time, the capsule gets three new pieces with the help of Crawford and Chipperfield along with a debut piece by Ingegerd Råman. Every item is numbered as its title and has a minimal design language for a clean and versatile look.

Speaking about the collection of fire-based lighting, Magnus Wästberg states, “Our relationship to light, in the shape of fire, is deeply rooted in us and is an important part of my lighting philosophy. We believe that the Holocene collection of lights is just as vital as our technology-driven products and we approach the design of the pieces with just as much ambition and effort”.
