Just in time for Thanksgiving, Trader Joe's has debuted a new Holiday Vegetable Hash.

No holiday dinner is complete without some vegetable side dishes, but all those extra veggies can take a lot of time to prepare. To help you speed up the cooking process, Trader Joe's has created a new Holiday Vegetable Hash. This ready-to-cook, pre-seasoned blend of veggies features perfectly chopped pieces of butternut squash, sweet potatoes, red onions, and celery. All these veggies are then seasoned with a blend of parsley, sage, and rosemary, for a seasonal herb flavor. Best of all, preparing this veggie blend is super simple because the hash heats up quickly, "whether on the stovetop as a sauté or roasted to perfection in your oven."
