Sun Noodle's High-Fiber Yakisoba line is coming to Natural Products Expo West 2026, offering a better-for-you take on Japanese stir-fry noodles. "High-Fiber Yakisoba answers that need. Bold sauces, fresh noodles, high fiber, and protein without complicating the cooking experience."

Products in this lineup are offered in craveable varieties like savory-sweet Original, umami and nutty Sesame, and tangy Soy Ginger featuring fresh, never-dried noodles, a chef-developed sauce and overall, a satiating meal that's ready in minutes and delivers a balanced 12 grams of fiber and 12 grams of protein per serving.
