The Conceptual Hexagon Jeep by Gwi Design is Off-Road-Ready

The conceptual Hexagon Jeep has been rendered by Gwi Design as a transportation solution for polar expeditions that would provide researchers with a reliable way to get around. The SUV boasts a large ground clearance to easily traverse over almost any landscape and is paired with Independent shock absorbers to further provide a comfortable ride. A series of removable battery packs on the rear can be swapped out for charged ones to eliminate the occurrence of downtime when out in the field.

The conceptual Hexagon Jeep is paired with removable headlights that can be removed to function as torchlights when required. The vehicle was designed with the Multidisciplinary drifting Observatory for the Study of Arctic Climate (MOSAiC) expedition in mind, which took place from September 2019 to October 2020.
