Expanding Poke Bowl Qsrs

The Popularity of Pokeworks' Hawaiian-Inspired Poke Grows

Pokeworks, a fast-casual restaurant chain specializing in Hawaiian-inspired poke, has reported considerable operational and developmental progress during the first half of 2026. The increase in popularity has been marked by the opening of five new units, the signing of additional multi-unit franchise agreements, and a year-over-year increase of 10 percent in its total store count, which now stands at 85 locations across 22 states.

Pokeworks has also introduced a limited-time menu item called the High-Protein Surf & Turf Bowl, which combines ahi tuna and chicken breast with avocado, surimi salad, edamame, greens, and chilled ramen noodles. This Hawaiian-inspired poke bowl delivers 44 grams of protein and 10 grams of fiber per serving.
